CMG: 400% More Clicks Makes Company an Extra $432k

Background: A So Cal business in the automotive industry that specializes in providing protective film and custom wraps for cars was in a competitive city and trying to attract new customers and grow their business. Despite having a solid reputation in the community, the business was struggling to acquire more market share and attract new clients.

Challenge: The business approached Crowley Media Group with the goal of increasing their online visibility and driving more traffic to their website. They wanted to see more clicks, more impressions, and ultimately more conversions.

Solution: CMG implemented a multi-faceted approach to improve the business’s online presence. This included:

Results: Over the course of eight months, the local business saw significant improvements in their online visibility and traffic. Here are the results:

  • Clicks: The business went from 3,000 clicks to 15,000, an increase of 400%.
  • Impressions: The business went from 90,000 impressions to 500,000, an increase of 455%.
  • Revenue: The business saw a significant increase in revenue, as more customers discovered their services and booked appointments. ~3% of the extra 12,000 clicks converted to paying customers (360) with an AOV (Average Order Value) of $1200, the company realized an extra $432,000 in gross revenue.
